1. Happiness Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package, and we will gladly assist you with the best possible solution.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The request must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery for non-defective items.
*Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging.
*Returns must be approved before items are shipped back.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personalized nature or hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Customized or personalized items (names, birthstones, engravings, custom cards, etc.)

  • Final Sale items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send us photos of the issue. Include your order number and name. Contact us within 72 hours. Once verified, we will resend the correct one at no cost.
This process is completely free for the customer.
5. Change-of-Mind Returns (Non-Defective Items)
If you would like to return an item simply because you changed your mind, please know that:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Payment Gateway Fees
For refunds processed to the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, credit cards, etc.):
Transaction fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
This includes fixed fees and percentage-based fees charged at the time of purchase.
7. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
*Once production has begun or the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
*Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.
8. Holiday Season Policy
During high-volume seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.):
Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.
*These delays are not eligible for refunds unless the package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged
9. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 3–5 business days.
*Shipping fees and handling fees are not refundable
*If the returned item does not meet our return standards, we may not be able to issue a refund.
10. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please contact our support team:
Include the following:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (if applicable)
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the correct return address.
11. Return Address
For the most accurate and nearest return warehouse, please contact our support team before returning any items. Returns sent without authorization may be rejected.
